What is Shea Butter?

Shea Butter is obtained from the nut of a tropical tree found in remote areas of Africa. Research has demonstrated the exceptional moisturising, nourishing, protective and rejuvenating properties of this natural balm. Legend has it that Queen Nefertiti retained her divine beauty thanks to shea butter’s qualities!

What is Vegetal?

Vegetal means “plant based ingredients” and normally refers to the palm or coconut oil used as a base for soap making.

How do I care for my soaps?

Soaps dissolve in water! That is why you need to allow for adequate drainage to keep your soap in top condition – never allow your soap to sit in a pool of water on the side of the bath. The best types of soap dishes incorporate plenty of drainage.

All our products are clinically tested and hypoallergenic, but if you believe that you have had an allergic reaction to any of our products please discontinue use immediately. Some of our products contain milk or honey and shea butter is derived from the nut of a tropical tree.
